Thursday we witnessed the politicizing of our Constitutional heritage. Indeed a sad day when our Supreme Court, you know the one that has sworn to uphold and defend The Constitution, collectively as a majority threw the document on the floor and in full view of "We The People" unceremoniously pissed on the fabric of America!
I expected no less than that from the likes of Justices Ginsberg, Sotomayor, and Kagin. Chief Justice Roberts, above all, disappointed me. I had considered him to be a shining example of jurisprudence and dedication to the writings of our founders.
Many years ago as I enlisted into military service and again when I re-enlisted, I took an Oath. When I swore before almighty God to protect and defend The United States of America and The Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. I swore to do so as a cost of nothing less than my life. As a veteran and loyal American Patriot, I still hold that Oath as sacred to my being.
It is indeed unfortunate that we have witnessed true politicizing of our Judicial Branch. Slowly but ever so surely the socialist/progressive movement has infiltrated every fiber of our government.
Sometimes I wonder if were better that I had not survived to come home to bear witness to the disrespect and dishonor displayed in the past couple weeks.

"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth fighting for is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free except by the exertions of better men than himself."
"Only the Dead will bear witness to the end of War!"
