 I’m just a little confused. Liberals are forever clamoring about separation of Church and State and incessantly claiming we are a secular non-Christian nation. Now the occupiers of the Boston Wall Street protest are showcasing their religious tolerance and fervor. They are claiming to have literally found Jesus, and Buddha, and Allah. Realizing they have been abandoned by many on the left, Independents, many blacks and Hispanics, Liberals are now claiming, like the “Blues Brothers” that they are on a mission from God.

The same religious groups that have remained stone cold silent while our government raped and pillaged the electorate, enslaved generations through entitlements, and saddled future generations with a debt they cannot hope to repay, are now claiming to be carrying on God’s work. Where was their outrage when our government destroyed the housing market, bankrupted individuals and businesses, slaughtered millions of unborn infants, failed to secure our borders, and squandered trillions of our hard earned taxpayer dollars? They have seen the tiny spec in the eye of Wall Street but not the boulder in the eye of our government.

There is an old expression, “The talkers don’t do and the doers don’t talk.”, namely, those that are really carrying our God’s work are too busy doing God’s work to talk about the work they are doing. Those that love to talk about all the good work they are doing usually come up short on efforts and results. The attempt by Liberal religious groups to convince the electorate that they are guided by divine intervention Doesn’t Have a Prayer.
