The outrage was predictable when Rush Limbaugh made controversial remarks about a Georgetown University law student testifying on her perceived right to free contraceptives. Democrats and Liberals seemed to relish this “gatcha” moment. Rush has been a proverbial thorn in their side since the inception of his syndicated conservative talk show.
But where were this self-righteous people when relentless vicious vile hateful attacks were made on Sarah Palin, her husband, and her children? Where were they when the same attacks were made on political candidates Christine O’Donnell, Sharron Angle, Meg Whitman, and Carly Fiorina to name a few?
For Liberals, it is alright to attack and vilify women as long as they are Conservative women. Where were Liberal supporters of racial equality when vicious unsubstantiated attacks were made against black Conservative candidate Herman Cain? Where were Liberal supporters of our policemen when President Obama claimed a police officer behaved stupidly when making an arrest even after the President stated he didn’t know all the facts?
Where were the Liberal supporters of our senior citizens when a health care reform bill was passed with $50 billion in annual cuts to Medicare and when Social Security benefits were frozen for two years? And where were they when $5 trillion dollars was added to our national debt, when trillion dollar budget deficits became commonplace, when our President engaged in class warfare, and ignored the Constitution, the Courts, and Congress?
What is really on display is not insensitive remarks it is predictable Liberal Hypocrisy.
