 President Obama descended from the mountain to deliver the Ten Commandments of Socialism. Having already been proclaimed the Messiah he sought to reinforce that image. Having previously announced that “We are not a Christian Nation”, he decide to reverse course and deliver a sermon from the Bully Pulpit.

A President with scant experience in virtually every area continues to lecture the electorate. His rant was an attempt to manipulate and distort Bible verses to continue Class Warfare and justify raising taxes on the “Evil Rich”. For a man who claims he has been blessed and can afford to pay more we have yet to see him deliver on that promise. There is no law that would have prevented our President from giving more to the government than is required.

It was the Scribes (Lawyers) and the Pharisees (The Anointed Ones) that went to the front of the temple to proclaim to the Lord of the great deeds they had done and how grateful they were to be unlike the lowly Publican kneeling in the back of the temple proclaiming himself a sinner.

The Bible does not condone or promote class warfare, envy, greed, a graduated income tax, capital gains tax, alternative minimum tax, a value added tax, a cigarette tax, or a gasoline tax. No theme is more prominent in the Bible than the morality of personal responsibility, for it is through this that man cultivates the inner development leading to his own growth, good citizenship, and happiness.

Apparently our President forgot about the parable of the man who said he wanted to follow the Lord. But when the Lord told him to give away all his possessions and come follow him the man was very sad at the thought of giving up all he had. If Liberals are truly inspired by the Bible let them give up all they have and truly follow the teachings of Jesus. Thus Sayeth the President.
